What Would You Recommend I Do To Generate More Traffic To My Web Site?

I’m getting into the habit of blogging on leadership, self improvement, and basically anything that is positive and helps people think better about themselves. What advise can you give that would help generate more traffic and get people participating in the postings?

    Make sure you are in the major search engines, and keep producing thought provoking, relevant content.
    Make sure you have certain keywords or phrases you want to target. Use the Google Keyword Tool to find some keywords that aren’t overly competitive and try to target your content around those phrases.
    Remember that Content is King, and there is NO replacement for high-end, authoritative content.

    But for the “second”…I still search a good answer myself :D
