I’ve never purchased visitors/traffic to any of my websites and I don’t intend to but am curious where the traffic actually comes from. Is it really people visiting the sites or bots?

If you talk a bit about the article and then box the article with a link to their site “unedited” and you still place the keywords in the right spots on the page and use profitable keywords can you STILL rank using their content or will google frown on this?

What is the average amount of traffic that someone can expect from writing and submitting free reprint articles to article directories in a fairly competitive field?
Please don’t give me vague words, I want numbers.
And please don’t just tell me it depends, average out the dependencies or give me some sample figures.

I have heard that Yahoo Answers is a great way to drive traffic to the web. But as I scroll the questions and answers I don’t see any signature links.
I also have heard that account can be suspended to added links into answers even if the information is relevant.
Can you please share your thoughts on it?
